EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR WALLS

The wall panels are 10cm thickness. There is 80mm thickness,16kg/m3 density B1 class unflammable polystrene insulation board between two of 8mm thickness cemented chopboards(betopan)

WALL CONNECTIONS

All the material used in wall connections are galvanized steel sheet. Plastic covering are used on the external side of the exterior wall connection steel profiles to stop condensation.

DOORS

Exterior door are steel made, interior doors are American style wood door. Balcony doors are PVC made.

WINDOWS

PVC made, lead free and windows which suits to prefabricated house appearence are used. Standard dimensions are 120*120 cm and small windows 40*60 cm. Windows have 4+12,5+4 double glazing.

FRAMEWORK

System consist of steel profiles and wall panels. All load bearing material are galvanized steel and are specially shaped at Roll-form machines. Steel bolts and nut are used to join materials. Because no welding in connection used the system can be disassambled and assembled again many times.

CEILING COVERING

12 mm thickness plaster boards are used to cover ceiling.

ROOF COVERING

Painted roof tiles are fixed to steel profile purlins.

ROOF INSULATION

There is 80 mm thickness glasswool blankets between roof covering and ceiling

PAINT

Exterior and interior walls are applied with Dyobrand paint which the color was chosen from DYO color catalog by the customer. (Exterior walls –acyrlic and Interior walls-water based plastic) Wall connection surfaces are filled with filler. All exterior metal surfaces are painted with double layer primary and double layer oil based sentetic paint.

ELECTRICITY INSTALLATION

Electricity cables which have TSE standard are laid inside the walls. Switches, wall outlets electricity fittings are fixed and tested to check whole system works. (Electricity board and meter are provided by buyer)

SANITARY INSTALLATION

All the materials used in sanitary - PVC pipes, wash basin, toilets shower have TSE standards. Pipes are laid inside the wall

MEZZANINE FLOOR(FOR DOUBLE STOREY HOUSES)

16 mm cemented chipboard panels are used to cover steel frame work of mezzanine floor made by specially formed steel. There is 80 mm thickness glasswool in the system for heat and sound insulation. Load carrying capacity is 200 kg/m²

PLATFORMS-STAIRS(FOR DOUBLE STOREY HOUSES)

Box type steel profiles are used to for stairs. There are 16 mm thickness cemented chipboards on the steps. Solid black steel bars are used for railings.
